The Public Interest Disclosure Commissioner is also the provincial Ombudsman. All contact, requests for information, and/or submissions of disclosures can therefore be directed to the Commissioner through Ombudsman Saskatchewan.

You may contact us by phone, fax, mail, or in person. If you would like to come to our Office, it is best to make an appointment first.

If you decide to make a disclosure of wrongdoing to our Office, we will ask you to submit it to us on the Disclosure of Wrongdoing form . If you decide to make an allegation of reprisal, we will ask you to submit it to us on the Complaint of Reprisal form. You are welcome to contact us first if you have questions.

Office Hours

Both office locations are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The offices are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

Summer Hours

From June 1 to August 31 both locations are open Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
